Concepts, things, ideas and Legal theories, written on paper, words to identify by.

What is=isn't
What isn't=is

Legal law, Legally existing, which means you are Dead in law, you become an (Artificial/Fictional Entity)Illegally outside of the Legal Law, means you are Private/Living/Spirit/Soul/Consciousness, an outlaw, outside of the law (lawful).

You have property (you have), but if you partake in the Legal law System, you have nothing, you only rent it (you have not).

Rights of "Persons"
Rights of "Things"

"Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's"

Life/Private/Spirit/Soul/Consciousness
Death

Legal Immortality (eternally dead)

(1) Dead (2) immortality: Resurrection of the Dead

bringing life to the dead - i see dead people

Giving life too - Artificial/Fictional -

Foreign to life

You use things that don't belong to you, what do you expect the outcome to be, if you never had permission to use something in the first place, can you just expect to use it without their not being any consequences at all, if you don't pay, then that is theft.
          ========================================
You are private, stop giving information, (the devil is in the detail) away to the public entity (which they have turned themselves into fictional things).  They are strangers acting as being private, but while, still being public.

People can, use their 5 senses to see you, to hear you, to feel you, to touch you and to taste you in front of them, any one of these 5 senses has identified you to them, you don't give any information, (the devil is in the detail), (Data) out to no one, you are private, so why are you acting as, you want to be noticed to everyone in the public arena, (which they have turned themselves into fictional things)That's were all the idol worshipers, (Idolatry) standI'll quote this again  "Thou shall have no other gods before me".

To identity who you are, truthfully, can you do thatYou are part of the all that is, and all that will ever be, that's it.  You can decide what you choose to be at any one given timeYou are everything that is.

It's their system of created things, not yoursAnd you tell them to do what you want, by using their things, how is that going to work.

How can you give authority to something that doesn't belong to you, in any system.  Did you create it? then walk away from it, live life away from it, or be part of it, there's only two choices.

To contract with it, which attaches everything else that you can't imagine, or just say no more, then life will beginYou don't need to try to control it, you can't, control it, cos it's all theirs, it's not your system.  Trying to win, or get one over in a system not controlled by you is just an illusion.

To come out of the system, fast or slowly, stop giving it your life energy

In the system, we are controlled by words on paper, words, words, and the men who enforce them words on paper, (paper men, things) by their so called, authority, by force, cos they go by the word of paper godA word starts with each separate letter, how powerfulA letter is just a small part of the word, change the letter in the word, a different outcome in the word, that original word has gone.

Paper god, power, has such a controlling power over a man.

Paper god, things controlling man or man controlling paper god, things, who are the real insane ones

A man bowing down to a paper god, with such paper power of its ownSomeone must be insane.  Who is the real god?

Public acting as private

Police, (Corporate Policy) (Defacto) No Law
Schools, (Corporate Policy) (Defacto) No Law
Military, (Corporate Policy) (Defacto) No Law
Federal Governments, (Corporate Policy) (Defacto) No Law

these are all public, acting as private.

Practices of Deceitful Concepts

Religions are a collection of cultural systems, belief systems.

Idolatry

Practices
you may not do these things, these are practices.  There are consequence to these practices.

Legal System is Unlawful
Democracy is Unlawful

=====================================
Legal                                  Illegal
Unlawful                            Lawful
Illegitimate                        Legitimate
                             =====================
Legal <<<-----        Mirror image        ----->>> Lawful

Proclaimed legally insane: you enter the Kingdom of God

you become illegal, lawful and Legitimate

Illegal, out of the Legal System you enter into the Kingdom of God.

Lawful, you enter into the Kingdom Of God.
Legitimate, you are the law of GodAuthority.

Rage is a madness, insane.

with a Legal Name-To Be

If i signed a Contract within the Legal System, is that Lawful (Legitimate) or Unlawful (Illegitimate) to do?

Without a Legal Name-Or Not To Be
Can i sign a Contract without a Legal Name, in the Legal System, Yes/No, why?

Who are you, you cannot be someone else's things, unless you choose to be someone else's things.  In or Out, Out or In.

Within the Legal Law System
a Name is a thing, a Person is a thingPaper is a thing, etc.

"don't impersonate a police officer", well they are doing just that.  The Police Officer has 2 identity's at the same time, {government ID} as well as being the {police officer}, so what are they, who are they?, one, or the other, do they really know who they are.

Schizophrenia
,
multiple personalities, a person's brain can create several personalities or other people that present themselves,

Dissociative identity disorder (DID), also known as multiple personality disorder (MPD), is a mental disorder characterized by at least two distinct and relatively enduring identities or dissociated personality states that alternately control a person's behavior, and is accompanied by memory impairment for important information not explained by ordinary forgetfulness.

Continuity of substance

Bodily substance
One concept of personal persistence over time is simply to have continuous bodily existence.  However, as the Ship of Theseus problem illustrates, even for inanimate objects there are difficulties in determining whether one physical body at one time is the same thing as a physical body at another time.  With humans, over time our bodies age and grow, losing and gaining matter, and over sufficient years will not consist of most of the matter they once consisted of.  It is thus problematic to ground persistence of personal identity over time in the continuous existence of our bodies.  Nevertheless, this approach has its supporters which define humans as a biological organism and asserts the proposition that a psychological relation is not necessary for personal continuity.  This personal identity ontology assumes the relational theory of life-sustaining processes instead of bodily continuity.

Derek Parfit presents a thought experiment designed to bring out intuitions about the corporeal continuity.  This thought experiment discusses cases in which a person is teletransported from Earth to Mars.  Ultimately, the inability to specify where on a spectrum does the transmitted person stop being identical to the initial person on Earth appears to show that having a numerically identical physical body is not the criterion for personal identity.

Hostis humani generis

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hostis humani generis (Latin for "enemy of mankind") is a legal term of art that originates from admiralty law.  Before the adoption of public international law, maritime pirates and slavers were held to be beyond legal protection, and could be dealt with as seen fit by any nation, even if that nation had not been directly attacked.

A comparison can be made between this concept and the common law "writ of outlawry", which declared a person outside the King's law, a literal out-law, and subject to the violence of anyone.  The ancient Roman civil law concept of proscription, and the status of homo sacer conveyed by proscription may also be similar.
          =======================================
Piracy is typically an act of robbery or criminal violence at sea.

          =======================================
Slaver has several meanings:

One who deals in slaves.

A slave ship

The Thrintun, from Larry Niven's fictional universe of Known Space, were also called slavers.

Slavers (film), a 1978 film
          =======================================
The Thrintun (singular Thrint), in Larry Niven's fictional Known Space universe, are a long-extinct species which ruled the galaxy through telepathic mind control.  They debuted in Niven's World of Ptavvs, in 1966.
          =======================================
World of Ptavvs

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

World of Ptavvs is a science fiction novel by Larry Niven, first published in 1966 and set in his Known Space universeIt was Niven's first published novel and is based on a 1965 short story of the same name.

A reflective statue is found at the bottom of one of Earth's oceans, having lain there for 1.5 billion years.  Since humans have recently developed a time-slowing field and found that one such field cannot function within another, it is suspected that the "Sea Statue" is actually a space traveler within one of these time fields.  Larry Greenberg, a telepath, agrees to participate in an experiment: a time-slowing field is generated around both Greenberg and the statue, shutting off the stasis field and revealing Kzanol.  Kzanol is a living Thrint, a member of a telepathic race that once ruled the galaxy through mind control.

Eons ago, Kzanol's spaceship had suffered a catastrophic failure; its reactive drive system failed and the navigation computer automatically jettisoned it.  Faced with insufficient power to use hyperspace, Kzanol aimed himself at the nearest uninhabited Thrint planet (which turns out to be Earth) used to grow yeast for food, and turned his spacesuit's emergency stasis field on to survive the long journey and impact.  He also arranged for his ship to change course for the system's eighth planet (Neptune) after he was in stasis, with his amplifier helmet and other valuables inside his spare suit (in order to hide these valuables from any rescuers).

Although he assumed that the resident Thrint overseer would be able to rescue him after seeing the plume of gas created by his impact, his timing could not have been worse; while in stasis on the way to the planet, the slave races revolted against the Thrint

Facing extinction, the Thrint decided to take their enemies with them by constructing a telepathic amplifier powerful enough to command all sentient species in the galaxy to commit suicide.

They set it to repeat for centuries and every sentient being in the galaxy perished.  After hundreds of millions of years, the yeast food mutated and evolved into complex life on Earth.

After his telepathic encounter with the Thrint, Greenberg is confused by having two sets of memories, his own and Kzanol's.

He instinctively assumes he is Kzanol.  Both Greenberg and the real Kzanol steal spaceships and race to reclaim the thought-amplifying machine on Neptune, which is powerful enough to enable control of every thinking being in the Solar System

Eventually, Greenberg's personality reasserts itself and, armed with the knowledge of how to resist the Power (one of Kzanol's own memories), Greenberg traps Kzanol again in a stasis field.

A major element of the story is the Cold War existing between Earth and the "Belters," which threatens to burst into a highly destructive war over control of the same device.

Concepts
The Thrintun had been mentioned in the earlier Known Space story "The Handicapped"World of Ptavvs reveals a number of new aspects to them, including that they were not a particularly intelligent species and only built their empire through the control of more intelligent species.

A Ptavv is a Thrint who lacks telepathic powersThrintun consider it a matter of great shame to have a Ptavv in their family and usually tattoo them pink and sell them as slaves.

Bandersnatchi are enormous intelligent creatures, consisting of one gigantic cell, and resembling a mountain-sized white slug.  They were supposedly created as food animals for, and were found delectable by, the Thrint, but were actually spies for their designers, the Tnuctipun, a highly intelligent slave species that led the revolt against the Thrintun.  Only the Bandersnatchi survived the war, as they were specially designed to be immune to Thrintun mind controlHumans encountered the Bandersnatchi when they colonized the planet Jinx, and were able to deduce that they were intelligent.

Larry Greenberg, the protagonist of World of Ptavvs, had volunteered to emigrate with his wife to Jinx to help the colonists communicate with the Bandersnatchi.  By the end of the story he is even more qualified now knowing the Thrint writing system which the Bandersnatch appear to use.

Cultural Relativism

Kzanol seems a highly ruthless and cruel character, taking for granted his right to enslave any human he meets and planning to enslave the entire Earth.  Gradually it turns out, however, that he is relatively "liberal" by Thrint standards, his family having traditionally treated their slaves a bit better than other Thrint

This is especially manifest in his decision, when having been faced with the destruction of his ship, to save the life of the slave being who was with him in the ship - which other Thrint would not have done.  In the end of the book, it is the human Greenberg who takes the ruthless decision not to release this being out of the stasis field which it shares with the telepathic amplifier, and throw it into Jupiter for aeons to come.

Similar themes by other writers
The theme of a human telepath "absorbing" the mind of an alien and thereby gaining various abilities and pieces of information was also at the center of Clifford Simak's Time is the Simplest Thing.

Clifford D. Simak

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Clifford Donald Simak (August 3, 1904 – April 25, 1988) was an American science fiction writer.  He was honored by fans with three Hugo Awards and by colleagues with one Nebula Award.

The Science Fiction Writers of America made him its third SFWA Grand Master and the Horror Writers Association made him one of three inaugural winners of the Bram Stoker Award for Lifetime Achievement.

Themes
Simak's stories often repeat a few basic ideas and themes.  First and foremost is a setting in rural Wisconsin.  A crusty individualistic backwoodsman character literally comes with the territory, the best example being Hiram Taine, the protagonist of The Big Front Yard.  Hiram's dog "Towser" (sometimes "Bowser") is another Simak trademark being common to many of Simak's works.  But the rural setting is not always as idyllic as here; and in Ring Around the Sun it is largely dominated by intolerance and isolationism.

An idea often found in the stories is the idea that there is no past time for a time traveler to go to.  Instead, our world moves along in a stream of time, and to move to a different place in time is to move to another world altogether.  Thus in City our Earth is overrun by ants, but the intelligent dogs and the remaining humans escape to other worlds in the time streamIn Ring Around the Sun the persecuted paranormals escape to other Earths which, if they could all be seen at once, would be at different stages of their orbit around the sun, hence the titleIn Time is the Simplest Thing a paranormal escapes a mob by moving back in time, only to find that the past is a place where there are no living things and inanimate objects are barely substantial.

Time travel also plays an important role in the ingeniously constructed Time and Again, then ventures into metaphysics.  A long-lost space traveler returns with a message which is SF-slanted yet religious in tone.  He crashed on a planet and was nurtured by ethereal duplicatesspirits? souls?—that seem to accompany every sentient being throughout life.  His fuddled observations were seized upon by religious factions, and a schism is threatening to erupt into war on Earth.

Intelligence, loyalty and friendship, the existence of God and souls, the unexpected benefits and harm of invention, tools as extensions of humanity, and more questions are often explored by Simak's robots, whom he uses as "surrogate humans".  His robots begin as likable mechanical persons, but morph in surprising ways.

Having achieved intelligence, robots move onto common themes such as, "Why are we here?" and "Do robots have souls"

Examples are the faithful butler Jenkins in City, the religious robot Hezekiel in A Choice of Gods, the frontier robots in Special Deliverance and A Heritage of Stars, and the monk-like robots in Project Pope who seek Heaven.

Simak's robot-awareness theme goes farthest in All the Traps of Earth.  A 600-year-old robot, a family retainer who earned the name Richard Daniel, is considered chattel to be reprogrammed and lose all its memories.  The robot runs away, hitches onto a spaceship, and passes through hyperspace unprotectedDaniel gains the ability to see and fix problems in anything—a ship, a robot, a humantelekinetically.  Yet he's still drifting and hunted as chattel.  Finally he stumbles on a frontier planet and finds a purpose, helping the pioneers as a doctor, a servant, a colonist, and a friend.  And here Daniel achieves an epiphany: human beings are more clever than they knowHuman-created robots set loose can become agents with para-human abilities that directly or indirectly benefit humanity.  Thus do robots, and Mankind, escape "all the traps of earth".

The religious theme is often present in Simak's work, but the protagonists who have searched for God in a traditional sense, tend to find something more abstract and inhuman.  Hezekiel in A Choice of Gods cannot accept this. Quote: "God must be, forever, a kindly old (human) gentleman with a long, white, flowing beard."

Simak's short stories and longer novellas range from the contemplative and thoughtfully idyllic to pure terror, although the punch line is often characteristically understated, as in Good Night Mr. James and Skirmish.  There is also a group of humorous stories, of which "The Big Front Yard" is the most successful.

And Way Station is in the midst of all of the science fiction

paraphernalia a moving psychological study of a very lonely man who has to make peace with his past and finally manages to do so, but not without personal loss.  The contemplative nature of the Simak character is a recurring trait both of theme and of the author's style.

Many of his aliens have a dry, otherworldly sense of humor, and others are unintentionally amusing, either in their speech or their appearance.  So too are his robots full of personality, and even his dogs.  By contrast, his "heroes" are ciphers.  His protagonists are often boring men, never described and never reappearing.  They solve crises by muddling through, and if they fall in love with "the girl" (also never described), it's incidentalOne of Simak's editors objected to his stories because his heroes were "losers".  Simak replied, "I like losers."

One finds other traditional SF themes in Simak's work.  The importance of knowledge and compassion in Immigrant and KindergartenIdentity play, as in Good Night. Mr James (filmed as The Outer Limits: The Duplicate Man in 1964)Fictions come to life in Shadow Show and elsewhere, such as the novel Out of Our Minds.  And there is the revolt of the machines in Skirmish.

And the rather horrifying meeting with an alien world in Beachhead, AKA You'll Never Go Home Again. (Many of these are in Strangers in the Universe).

Finally, Simak throws in many science-fictional fillips that remain unexplained"Not only is the universe stranger than we imagine, it is stranger than we can imagine," is a phrase misattributed to Arthur Stanley Eddington.  Simak's characters encounter alien creatures and concepts they simply cannot understand, and never will.  For example, in Special Deliverance, the humans are stalked by The Wailer, which turns out to be a huge wolf-like creature that bellows an infinitely-sad howl.  They never learn what the creature is, why it seems sad, or how it got thereSimak leaves mysteries hanging in his writing.

Simak himself sums up his life's work in the Foreword to Skirmish.

After explaining what themes he avoids—no large-scale alien invasions, no space wars, no empire sagas—he states, "Overall, I have written in a quiet manner; there is little violence in my work

My focus has been on people, not on events.  More often than not I have struck a hopeful note... I have, on occasions, tried to speak out for decency and compassion, for understanding, not only in the human, but in the cosmic senseI have tried at times to place humans in perspective against the vastness of universal time and spaceI have been concerned where we, as a race, may be going, and what may be our purpose in the universal schemeif we have a purposeIn general, I believe we do, and perhaps an important one.

Good and Evil

A perspective of good and a perspective of evil

Good=knowing what is your doing is good within, is truth.
Evil=is believing what you think is right, really isn't right at all, its a wrong, and a lie.

The good man
The Evil man, with a theory of something, hoping to try and find out something else, to justify his own existence, by using written laws.

you try and blind people, with your babylonian words, that you call law.  Men with true hearts, have the law, within.  anything else is all babble.

All man-made laws are a lie, because they are a belief only, of man. which is not set in stone.

Sting:
 Englishman In New York

I don't drink coffee I take tea my dear
I like my toast done on the side
And you can hear it in my accent when I talk
I'm an Englishman in New York
See me walking down Fifth Avenue
A walking cane here at my side
I take it everywhere I walk
I'm an Englishman in New York

I'm an alien, I'm a
(il)legal alien
I'm an Englishman in New York
I'm an alien, I'm a
(il)legal alien
I'm an Englishman in New York

If "manners maketh man" as someone said
Then he's the hero of the day
It takes a man to suffer ignorance and smile
Be yourself no matter what they say

I'm an alien, I'm a (il)legal alien
I'm an Englishman in New York
I'm an alien, I'm a
(il)legal alien
I'm an Englishman in New York

Modesty, propriety can lead to notoriety
You could end up as the only one
Gentleness, sobriety are rare in this society
At night a candle's brighter than the sun

Takes more than combat gear to make a man
Takes more than license for a gun
Confront your enemies, avoid them when you can
A gentleman will walk but never run

If "manners maketh man" as someone said
Then he's the hero of the day
It takes a man to suffer ignorance and smile
Be yourself no matter what they say

I'm an alien, I'm a
(il)legal alien
I'm an Englishman in New York
I'm an alien, I'm a
(il)legal alien
I'm an Englishman in New York
