This can only work with positive people, any negative people would have to be taught, but without any violence, what so ever to anyone, or they become negative too, then they drop back onto a negative system.
To take responsibility. No money will ever be needed, just understanding and knowledge how to keep your own bookkeeping in order, then you can do as you see fit to do in your life, freely, but the bookkeeping will need to be done, for a Person to be able to give his or her own reference to what he or she spends, daily, weekly or monthly. Then you will have your own account of how you have wisely done. This can only be a positive step forward to create a great world, for all, (everyone). If people want to work, they can, if they decide to do other things, that is great too. But never work as a slave, them days are gone. You will be in control of your life.
People who work for a Company (Business) or Corporation (Business) will have to stop working for them, and say NO! and take control, of what you want in life. Be your own keeper and be responsible.
