A debt can never be paid, you can never pay a debt, you can pay credit, but not debt.
A positive effect (dejure +) and a negative effect (defacto -) are two separate animals, one is to improve peoples lives, while the other is harm peoples lives, one works to help all, the other works, thinking its helping all, but in reality its destroying all. No one has ever paid anything from a debt, because the money system works that way, permanent debt. Everything you think you payed for, you haven't paid for a single thing, at all, ever. Money is a fictional debt- "I promise to pay the bearer on demand." An idea, a promise to pay something, it isn't cash. It's just as it says, a promise. If money is a instrument, which it is, then it can only do, 1 thing, spend it, or pay things with it, how can it do both, otherwise its 1 instrument doing both jobs (Hammer or Nail). Can this be right, or can i be way of the mark here, i'm not sure, i was thinking, can a nail be a hammer, and can a hammer be a nail. Maybe they can, or an apple be an orange.

Believing in something, is what we get taught to do at a very young age, in the schools, that we once attended and when we grow up, we still hold them beliefs to be truth, but really, are they. We were taught from the mind of men and woman in classrooms, that this is real-true, false and a lie. Why don't we get taught to be smart? to be wise? to think about things? to understand whats going on? to question things, and the list goes on and on, its just a routine, why do we need a routine, how is that going to improve things on earth, for everyone. It will only improve if people are willing to teach themselves, basics. Throw out bad teaching and bring in the good, for everyone to enjoy. Then again do we need teachers, MAYBE.
But great teachers, which help the people, if teachers decide not to help the people, then i would say we don't need them. Life in schools though, should be faced with the same, life after school, so the people know how to do things, if they want. Everyone in life, needs help sometimes, that's great, we all need this. People can create what they want, if they didn't or decided not to create, then there would not be anything, at all, created by anyone, this earth would be very empty of things. If you didn't create what belongs to you, how can you then expect a remedy from that, which isn't yours in the first place?
If i created something, doesn't that give me the power, which i created, to work for me, and nobody else, it should.
If i created an army, is that army mine, my creation,? i guess it would be.
If i created laws for that army, then they follow them laws, otherwise they don't work, for me. But then again, why would i need an army at all, i wouldn't, its just a point i was trying to make.
Everyone has the right and power, which help mankind, for the good of all people.
You are what you are, noone can tell you otherwise.
You are not an entity, that is told what, to do or think.
Can i have the power to write things to help people? i guess that would be a resounding YES.
