Who ever owns things, pays things, pays everything - USUFRUCT right of possession

NAME=Title,

Title applies, Ownership,

Ownership determines Liability,

Liability determines who pays or performs,

Clarify who own the NAME, then you will see who is liable.

Lose the NAME, it belongs to the CROWN, if you use it, then you are committing fraud.

We are just here on earth to enjoy the earth as creators.  You do not to own anything.

The principle of USUFRUCT is, that you use things freely while you are on the earth, and the governments (proper, governments) pay for everything, through, book-keeping, keeping a record of what you have spent, from your receipts, the out goings and incoming, somebody has to be responsable for this, that's how it works,  just paperwork, the governments and councils pay for your time and pleasure.  They created, they own that creation, you can use that creation FREELY, while you enjoy life to its fullness.

Governments and councils own things, they created on earth, then they are fully liable for everything, they do wrong.

You have the full right to use, that creator-god-man created, and from man or woman who created these things, you have that, free use of them things, for the right and the good of all man and woman.  And the owners pay the bills, governments and councils.

Every man and woman on earth is their own Ambassador for life, responsible, making sure the appropriate governments and councils act in their right capacity's, for you, and the good of men and woman they work.  All receipts, bills and statements should be passed onto the governments and councils, either through email, written too, walking too, traveling too.  They have the right to keep there books level, they own their creation, the owners pay for everything.  You do everthing through your energy, building everthing, from paperwork to manual labour.  The creators of life, is everyone on earth, the creators to free earth too.  The rightful creators-gods of the earth, are the one's who know, who they really are.

Usufruct is a right of enjoyment, enabling a holder to derive profit or benefit from property that either is titled to another person or which is held in common ownership, as long as the property is not damaged or destroyed.  In many usufructory property systems, such as the traditional ejido system in Mexico, individuals or groups may only acquire the usufruct of the property, not legal title

Ownership of property may be private, collective, or common and the property may be objects, land/real estate, or intellectual property.  Determining ownership in law involves determining who has certain rights and duties over the property.  These rights and duties, sometimes called a 'bundle of rights', can be separated and held by different parties.  The question of ownership reaches back to the ancient philosophers, Plato and Aristotle, who held different opinions on the subject.

Plato (428/427 BC – 348/347 BC) thought private property created divisive inequalities, while Aristotle (384 BC – 322 BC) thought private property enabled people to receive the full benefit of their labor.  Private property can circumvent what is now referred to as the “tragedy of the commons” problem, where people tend to degrade common property more than they do private property

Given a short-sighted owner, however, a private property system can make these tragedies worse—for example, a private owner of a piece of oil-rich property, depending on his worldview, might be more interested in short-term financial gain than incremental use with an eye toward other's concerns (e.g., those of future generations, the disenfranchised, etc.).  While Aristotle justified the existence of private ownership, he left open questions of how to allocate property between what is private and common and how to allocate the private property within society.  Over the millennia, and across cultures what can be property and how it is regarded culturally have varied widely.  Ownership is the basis for many other concepts that form the foundations of ancient and modern societies such as money, trade, debt, bankruptcy, the criminality of theft, and private vs. public property.  Ownership is the key building block in the development of the capitalist socio-economic system.  Adam Smith stated that one of the sacred laws of justice was to guard a person's property and possessions.  The process and mechanics of ownership are fairly complex: one can gain, transfer and lose ownership of property in a number of ways.  To acquire property one can purchase it with money, trade it for other property, receive it as a gift, steal it, find it, make, it or homestead it.  One can transfer or lose ownership of property by selling it for money, exchanging it for other property, giving it as a gift, being robbed of it, misplacing it, or having it stripped from one's ownership through legal means such as eviction, foreclosure, seizure, or taking.  Ownership is self-propagating in that the owner of any property will also own the economic benefits of that property.
