presumption - "very likely", probably.

presumption noun 

Something that you {think is true} {because it is} "very likely" 

"Extremely likely" = {extremadamente{spanish} probable "very likely" = muy probable 

very likely adj  
{highly probable}

muy probable adj 
{I think} its very likely that we will get some rain tonight.

Where is the truth in "Very Likely", its a probability, {p+50% fact/{n-50% fact.

how can {p+50% fact/{n-50% fact be truth, it cannot.  Truth is 100%, backed up with facts, so "Very Likely" can only be a {probable, fact} outcome.
